300M Blinker trouble
« on: March 24, 2007 - 07:21:08 PM »
I know this is not a challenger-cuda question but I thought since it is a mopar I would ask it here. I own a 2001 Chrysler 300M and have a problem with the blinkers. It does not matter if it is the left or right side. Sometimes it blinks and then the light just stays on. Once or twice when the car is just sitting in the parking lot the blinker light comes on but does not blink even though the car is not running.  I have a remote starter in the car and was wondering if this might have something to do with it, the installer says no. I was told to check the lights for a bad contact, but everything is good. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

try replacing the Flasher unit , you could have a bad bulb but it would not affect both sides

I am told that it does not have a flasher unit. It is electronic.

On the older cars, that would mean a bulb was burned out... either front, or back. I'm not sure what a modern car would mean in this situation. Sorry.  :clueless:
