So you ask yourself "Why hasn't there been many updates on Bullitt-?"  The lousy weather....rain, cold, rain & cold.. Finally had a break in the weather this week so I took the day off just to play car. Not that nothing has been happening but little & slow go. For one I had to re-visit the rear pinion seal. Found a oily spot under the diff & traced it to the pinion. Not where you'd think it would leak from but from the outer metal to carrier, made a tool to work the little bugger out about a 1/4-inch then squirted some RTV in there, hammered it back with a board between the yoke & carrier.... No more leak for now.  Also finished up the header collector to exhaust pipe welding, fiddled for the umpteenth time situating the mufflers & tail pipe hangers.  Last weekend started straightening & fitting the rear valance & over the last couple of evenings sand blasted.  Found that some filler had been used & some halfazzed bodywork done. I don't recall but back in the late '70s I may have messed with this but honestly don't recall.  Also had to weld up a couple of holes the 1st owner had made to accommodate a trailer hitch. The Sun was out so I got to try the UV cure filler, works real easy spreads like honey and can be applied very thin, leave it in the Sun a few minutes it hardens up. Has a very tacky feel to it even after dry but works & sands like the regular fillers  Anyway here are a few new pics.

Beat out the dents

Weld Up The Holes

Body Filler

Sand It Down

Me too John, Me too  :faint:    It's C-C's fault...I was just going for a quick paint job till I found this place...
Found inspiration of the soul but not of the body.

Cain't believe I spent 3 weekends + on this....
Dahm Thing is Straight Now...

Clamp it , Beat  it, Bend it

Body work roughed in, epoxy primed.

Well I did take the time to work on the seams....
