What are those things, relays?

I don't have a pic of the things, but on the passenger side, under the dash, there are 2 relay-lookin' things down all the way to the right. Are they for the heater? They were not plugged into anything on the harness. I'm almost done rewiring the chally, and I want to make sure they're not important.

I beleive one is the key in the ignition buzzer.

Key in buzzer and low fuel relays

 :  That's the stuff!  Thank you. Now why would they put those alllllll the way on the passenger side like that?? Less likely for people to be messing with them?
