This Challenger was a 72 Rallye 318 3sp in Top Banana with black top and interior and Rallye gauges. It was in a garage along with a motorhome and a white Shelby Dakota. The Dakota made it with very minimal damage but the motorhome and this Challenger were total losses. An electrical fire that began in the attic was the cause and as the pictures show, it was pretty intense
The Ugly is evident, and so is the bad. The good is that once the insurance claim is settled, my cowl and under- the-rear-seat rust issues will have a solution; i get a perfect set of rear bumper guards.
Just curious, but is the tail panel on a 72 Challenger different than a 73-74?
