Ebay Should have some ethics

This guy is selling a charger and as the intro photo on the main page he has what appears to be a 13 year old girl (which could very will be his own daughter) wirh a sexually suggestive t-shirt on. First off the Guy must be a pervert and E-Bay probably doesn't see anything wrong with it. I'm sorry, but i n my opinion this is hinging on child pornography. Does this picture serve any other purpose - I don't think so. Does anyone agree with me or am I nuts.

Have seen much, much worse. Lately they have let actual porn slip though. 71 hemi cudas for $500 and the picture shows some naked tramp spread eagled. they take those kind down pretty quick, but let ones like the one you are talking about stay. You are assuming someone personally approves every ad that goes on Ebay. We already complain about their fees enough, we don't neeed the added expenses of Ebay Nazis censoring everything or delaying ads for approval. I think they do a pretty good job of playing catchup to the obvious trash and scams. Do an unfiltered google picture search for almost anything and you will get some results unfit for minors. I wonder about the ethics of a guy who thinks someone looking to spend the 100k+ he is asking for that car needs a picture of a set of big breasts to sell them on the car.

Nothing wrong with those pics IMO. As a man, I am programmed to gawk at those pics. It would be unnatural for me not to.
