Brake booster refinish question
« on: April 10, 2007 - 08:21:11 PM »
My brake booster on my 74 'Cuda was gold anadized from the factory.  I am restoring the car and would like to send it out to get re-finished.  Anyone know anyone that does that? :clueless:

thanks,
Mike

Bullit, I tried brakeboosters.com.  Steve emailed back that he only does work for the General no Mopar.

Lunchbox, I emailed totally auto to see if they could do it.  Looks promising!  thanks

AMX guy, I'm not sure but all of the 70-73's I've seen have been black but mine is a '74 with 59,000 original miles and it was definately gold Zinc Dichromate plated like the master cylinder lid.

thanks for the help guys! :jumping:

Mike, Totally Auto quoted me $275 over the phone for the booster from my R/T SE several weeks ago. Can you post a pic of how yours turned out from Booster Dewey?
