my Challenger(72)
has drums on the front. I would like to eventualy change them to disks.
I want to install a sway-bar...
wheer would I find lower control arms that have the proper connection?
I understand a 73-4 will bolt right on, but figure it will be hard to find (or afford them)

Easiest way to do this is to make/buy a heavy duty L bracket, drill a hole in each end of it, then bolt it to the bottom shock bolt. The end link bolts to the other end of this.
Or you can buy repop brackets and weld them to your arms.

my disc brake passenger side LCA was seriously bent, I had a drum LCA laying around so I cut the bracket off my bent one and welded it on the other one, works great

It is far easier to just weld a bracket to the arms for the sway bar
