AAR

Well we are getting ready to paint our B-7 Blue AAR but we are running into a snag on the paint. Since only 3 AAR's were B-7 Blue we are having a problem finding the right formula for the B-7 Blue. I know there were other B-7 Blue Barracuda's and Challengers. I think the paint was called Jamica Blue or Jubilee Blue. We have contacted PPG, Dupont, Sikkens and so far they say they do not have the formula. We have a mirror that still has the blue on it but we would rather have the formula. Any suggestions on how we can get the formula. Anyone out there have a B-7 Blue Barracuda, Cuda or Challenger? Thanks everyone. Have a great weekend.

I believe the code is 2020 in PPG it can be mixed in DAR,DDL,MAE,MBC,,MTK.
I would get a pint and do a spray panel for a Phrophet reading to get it in a more modern system.

Just got my latest issue of MCG (Mopar Collectors Guide) and read the 3 page article starting on page 32 of this AAR. Nice. I did not know that you two had so many E body projects lined up. What are some of the other interesting E bodies waiting their turn for Dan to do his majic?

gb70,
The article should have said that Dan has done over 20 Ebodies not that we have 20 now. We only have Blofish, the AAR and a 2001 GTS Viper. As you know we gave Pink Ice to Dan's little brother as a gift. We are thinking about finding another house that we can put a big shop building on the property. We used to have a 3000sf shop building and we sure do miss it. Now we have a 2 car garage attached to our house and we built a 3 car detached garage to keep our cars in. We have just enough garage space for the cars we have so if we found another project we would be out of room.
After we sell the AAR then we will start looking for another project. Dan enjoys putting the cars back on the road so other people can enjoy them.
