It is pretty solid for a 70s FL car.  I just removed the windshield, and the worst rust problem seems to be the cowl/upper firewall.  However, the car came with a donor piece just for that purpose.

I bought my 40' x 60' steel building from Pioneer Buildings out of Canada a couple of years ago. http://www.pioneerbuildings.com/  I'm still working on the interior.  Below is a picture of it early on before I installed the doors.  I'm in Madison.  Where are you? :bananasmi

I'm sure it will be nice, I have one as well that started out yellow too. As you can see it is triple black now and the story is it came from either California or Hawaii. I am also building a shop similar to yours but it is 30 X 42. Did you put it up yourself? If I ever get the slab poured I plan to put it up this summer.

After three failed attempts, I hired someone to erect the building.  Wind toppled the first few sections, then ice crushed it after I got 4 sections up, and I live in the deep south!!  Getting the 40' span sections in the air and stay there is pretty challenging!  Your 30' sections will be a little easier.  The best advice I got in the instruction manual was: Buy construction insurance.  Once it is up, it is very strong and secure though.  I poured a 6' fiber-reinforced slab just because it didn't cost that much more while I was doing it.  I also stubbed in for water and a bath before it was poured.  I have the maximum allowed for its size three fiberglass panels overhead.  I feel like I'm stealing electricity during the day because it is so light inside.  Good luck, and trust me: You and three friends cannot put it up in a weekend!
