Anyone hear from Camjam?

We haven't heard anything from Camjam since his trailor accident.  Just wondering how the Challenger's coming.

The car is being repaired and thankfully no one was injured in the accident  :D

I just refinished his steering wheel.  I had restored the wheel last year but it had some pretty good damage from the accident ... it looks better than new now.

Here is a "before" picture of the wheel.

Thanks Mike, it's been a 15 year learning curve with new products and methods of doing things.

Repairing and refinishing steering wheels has turned into my full time job and I also do custom airbrushing on everything from ski doo's and motorcycles to helmets, R/C cars, trucks and boats. No 2 days are the same and I get to deal with awesome people that start as customers and quite often end up being friends.

You can check out my web site for more pictures of steering wheels, cars and custom airbrushing. I will be doing an long overdue update soon so there will be many new (digital!!!) pictures of recent projects.

It's getting to be that time of year when all the cars are being parked, I have over 20 steering wheels in right now with more on the way from all over North America. So I guess I should get back to work  ;D I just finished the woodgrain wheel for the Aussie Daytona that is featured in the Nov. issue of Mopar Collectors Guide, unfortunatly they did the photo shoot before the wheel got back to him.

Talk to you soon, Doug Lepak
