Welcome joey.I'm originally from syracuse.Went to school in utica for a year. riverside school of aeronautics.Lived  on rutger st. bad neighborhood!.But had fun .Good lookin car..

You would be surprised how strong that rotisary is . I have back up welds in the parts that rotate in case 1 did break and for a 6x6 they hold up houses .The bare car shell can't weigh more then maybe 1000 pounds . However in all honesty I was scared at first but the more I used it the safer I felt . It really is strong . :stirpot:

Really neat car! If that is an original painted roof car then it is pretty rare I would venture to say  :thumbsup:

The roof was not painted . The person I got it from did that . It is going back to vinyl .

Sweet car but hats off to you on the rotisary. Can we get a close up picture on how you did the jack and rotating assembly? Sure nice not having to eat sand, dirt and grit when working on the bottom of the car. :working:

The jacks are just a couple of railroad jacks . The rotating parts are 4 pipes welded doubled up in cases a weld failed I would not drop the car . Wish I could post pitchers but my computer skills are limited . I had help posting these . :2thumbs:
