1970 Barracuda Project Car
« on: April 17, 2007 - 01:25:11 PM »
I would like to know what this car is worth....I have a chance to buy it....but time is of the essence. Thanks in advance!
NO PICTURES, SORRY. I think I can describe it very well. The car is a dissassembled roller. Originally a 318/automatic/small rear end. Complete other than drivetrain & front and back glass. The following areas need rust repair, 1/4's, floors, trunk. Frame rails and wheel houses are fine. Cowel/firewall is fine. Flat hood (non-ralley), gauges are standard (non-ralley). Grille has some pieces missing, will need repair or replacement. Original color is hemi orange/white interior. Cracked dash and interior needs all new covers, carpet, headliner, etc. Fender tag shows few options, clear title, no broadcast sheet. All body numbers do match.
I want to drop a 6-pack/auto/8 &3/4/Shaker in it. (I already have these components).
What should I expect to pay? What are some things I should look out for?         Again.....thanks in advance!

I know 70 Cuda's are hot now, but without the drivetrain, I'm thinking 5-6K here. Just a guess without pics.  :2cents:
