Value, 70 Charger R/T..

Hello boys and girls, Not an e-body question but i post it anyway to you good people,
My friend has a 1970 Charger R/T matching numbers, proffesionaly rebuild engine with reciepts, sublime green with black top and black interior,ps,pdb,auto on coloumn,rally wheels, the car needs a restoration if you want it perfect, but will be a nice driver if it gets some new paint on it etc.
only rust is on the rear fenders but new comes with the car, otherwise the body is in great shape,perfect floors etc..pretty good orig interior.
Any ideas concerning value if sold?

Do you have any pics? This car sounds awesome. How is the chrome/trim? Tranny OK? Bare minimum, I'd say 15K, but it could be worth over 20K.

If its almost driver quality, a numbers R/T Charger sounds dayum sweet.  Especially sublime.  I'd say 20k+ easily.
