Six-Pack setup: where do these 3/8s lines go?
« on: April 20, 2007 - 03:27:20 PM »
I'm assuming one of these goes to the PCV on the drivers side valve cover... what about the other?

I was told that #1 was supposed to go to a valve on the pass. side valve cover but most people left it unhooked because in case of carb flooding, gas could just go into the valves. The idea of a loose line that gas could pour out of onto my engine doesn't exactly sound safe to me.

What gives?

Also, what year is this center carb supposed to be a repro of? I've seen many that didn't even have the #1 outlet.

Many thanks.

I think it does.

Does that lower 3/8 (#2 in my pic) go around the back of the rear carb and connect to a PCV on the other side?

Have you left that top 3/8 (#1 in my pic) just stay open like that?
