I had the great honor to meet the Iowa Hawkeye coaches last nite at the Jasper county I club banquet in Newton at the new Iowa Speedway. It was awesome. 2 cars racing around the track at 180+ m.p.h. to watch when you wanted. Got to meet Kirk Ferentz, the Hawkeye football coach. Jim Zabel, the voice of the Hawks for years, Lisa Bluder, the womens basketball coach, and Joel Cornette, assistant basketball coach. Had a great happy hour and dinner, and the updates by all the coaches were great!
They were all super and gave all the time needed to take pic's and sign autographs. Kirk, Lisa, Zippermouth, and Joel were all SUPER NICE!!! Here's a few pic's.
