1971 hemi 'cuda convertable - $215000
« on: April 30, 2007 - 10:00:00 AM »
Its a bit out of most peoples reach, but I figured it might work out for someone. I live here in Houston, and can go check it out if someone is really interested (and afford). Plus I like the ad wording.

This is very likely a scam or a clone car. Real cars sell for 1-2M.

MOst likely a scam. Supposedly all of the 71 hemi convertibles are accounted for, I say supposedly because we thought there was only 11 and it turns out there were 12.

Gotta be a fake. Didn't the last one sold sell for just over $5 million? If it's an eighth one SOMEONE GET ME TO THE BANK. So I can rob it that is. I'll pay them back after I resell if for several mil.

Yeah really. Hey shizzle, you should go look at that car just to see what the heck he is trying to sell. I'm very curious as to whether he's trying to pull this off as a real one or not. Take all of your hemi car facts with you and scrutinize it.

Don't worry, I present myself as a third party. If it is real, I have a guy that will finance it for me until I turn around and sell it.....dream, dream, dream  :screwy:

Smells bad - in a hurry, price too good to be true...  I like the "cash only" phrase that people use.  What else would you pay for the car with?
