Call your credit card company and explain the situation. It does take up to two weeks , that has been my experience but start the process now. I got my Ralley's from Jegs (Wheel Vintique) and had no problems. And had them in two days!

It takes two weeks for Stockton to intitiate the process...whatever that is.  Every time I call them they put me on hold and after minutes they get back and make another "we'll get it done" statement.

What would calling the credit card company do?  I made the purchase in March.

:iagree:  Call your credit card company and file a complaint. They will have you write a letter explaining what has transpired. They will give you a short period of time to do this, In the mean time, Stockton will be notified of the issue and will also have to respond to the claim. I have had to do this twice with vendors while restoring my cars, Once with Classic Auto Air and Penstar Reproductions after waiting on promises. Didn't take long for action after the dispute was filed. Just my :2cents:

Just called them again...the accounting girl I talked to Wednesday that assured me she would get it going apparently forgot about it.  They do a lot of forgetting and misplacing things there I guess.  Now, another fellow has it sitting on his desk and assured me that he would take care of it today and send a confirmation by snail mail.  I asked for his name and strangely he was hesitant to give it.  He replied "I'm your salesman"  and I had to ask for his name specifically to get it.   :screwy:

:iagree:  Same issue with my magnum 500's from Wheel Vintiques. Also paint was flaking off right out of the box. Let's see, Stockton can't get the wheels to you and Wheel Vintiques has a quality control issue. So which do you buy?? :dunno:

Personally not having done business with either supplier and seeing that both have problems I have these questions.
1. When you finally do get Stockton wheels if there is a problem, What kind or service will you receive?
2. Those of you who have had issues with Wheel Vintiques, What kind of service did you receive?

Being in the retail appliance business myself there are companies that supply better products but that I cannot recommend because of inferior customer service & product support. Any & everything can have problems, it's how you take care of the customer in the end that matters.

:iagree:    I was lucky that I bought my wheels through year one and didn't have to deal with the manufacturer. I know they may cost a little more, but I called them and told them the problem, they sent me replacement wheels and picked up the bad ones no cost and no questions.
