found this hoist today locally on Craigslist for 50 bucks,,, how could I go wrong,,,,,Also the seller has a Miller TIG welder complete setup with AR, foot pedal chiller for $700 and a matal lathe for sale, if anyone is interested let me know and I'll pass along his email addy and phone number

I'd say you got a good deal on that, considering the cheapest ones usually go for around $200.00. :grinyes:  The price tag on the TIG is very reasonable, too.

How much do hemis weigh, anyway?

Infact, how much do a lot of the engines in the e bodys weigh?

the 440? the 383? what about the smaller ones like the 318?

That looks like the one I just paid close to $200 for. The crain works sweet and lifts engines with ease. CONDRADS!!  :cheers:

Rare,, I remember your post of one from a few weeks ago,, looks like the one in Samsclub for 179 and inclides a leveler which is what i was going to buy until i stumbled on this one, so now i have some leftover $$ to spend on something else,,, i think a portapower is next
