Alot of welding the last couple of days. Tons of pin holes in the cowl. Tail panel had some rust around the tail lights. Rear window channel fixed. Qtr tops and lower sections repaired. Pushed out the dent in the right Qtr and welded the holes shut from aprevious repair. The main shell is now ready to apply filler. The front and rear valance panels and header panel are ready for primer.

Frankly, I think we're getting much better work than Overhaulin'. We have people who care about what they're doing.

Starting out at 5 AM the last two days has paid off!  :woohoo:Trunk, tail panel, both Qtrs and top are roughed in in filler. Etching primer and 3 coats of high build urethane primer are applied to the main body. A guide coat of black laquer is applied to aid in the coming days of blocking. Humidity is high and it's been a pain to stay ahead of flash rust. :faint:
Thanks for all the moral boosters! I need it. As soon as I find that can of Woop A$$, I'll need it. I haven't stroked a car this fast in 10 yrs. But I love a challenge! :2thumbs:
