That is just amazing work!! Your choice of color for him is just right too. That will be a looker for sure when it gets running. What engine are you guys going to put in it? I am not flush with cash but if I have something laying around that will help get it on the road I am down with that. Let me know what you guys are needing still, I may have something taking up space that I can contribute to this most noble effort.

Somebody fill me in, I'm confused. I thought Cuda Guy was currently deployed and coming back soon, but I see he is posting from the states and leaving to train in LA. Is he going to be in the states during Carlisle?

I thought the plan was to present him with the car at Carlisle?

He came home last August and will deploy again, I believe, this August.  He will definitely be at Carlisle this year where we will present him with his cuda.  It will be an awesome experience for everyone involved.

Beleieve me, it will be a few miles well spent. You'll leave with a new sense of pride. Pride in a part of the human race that never gets the pat on the back, but pride that exists accross this land. Each of us are so fortunate to be able to be a part of such an effort, and it is for one of the proudest Americans in the world, an American service man freely serving each of us.  The impact of this "story" is yet to be heard.    :wavingflag:

Plan is to run the original 318 with a donated Edelbrock intake and Holley carb. We'll have to change kickdown components. A mild cam and lifters might be nice. :naughty:. I think I have a set of headers stashed some where. And then there's Exhaust. :faint:
