Greetings to Down Under :cheers:. Thanks for the kind words, but she's really a 5-footer, a #3 car for sure, but it shows OK a runs like a scalded cat. I'm partial to the side body moulding as well, some people really don't like it but I think it looks nice on there as well. Probably explains why it's ding-free...

Cheers up there. :biggrin: My car had a body side molding from factory and I had purchased some to put on for the restoration but decided against it in the end. I felt the body lines of the car did enough to accent the shape. Having said that I don't think White was the best colour for it, stood out too much. Some colours look real good, others not so, but yours definitely looks good. 5fter? Ah well, I can't tell from here and as long as you're happy on the road or track that's all that really matters, corny but true.

Car is a '73 Rallye 340 w/73,xxx miles. Was originally A5 Dark Silver Metallic. Re-painted to current color in 1990. And the rest:

Numbers matching block 340 bored and stroked to 416"
Ross aluminum forged pistons- 11.5 to 1
Edelbrock heads out of the box
MP .474" lift cam(yeah, I know, too small)
Holley 750HP double pumper
Edelbrock Air-Gap intake
Eagle H-beam rods
PTC 9.5" converter 4400RPM flash stall
3.23 SG 8 3/4 rear
TTI Headers w/2.5" x-pipe exhaust system(ultra-flo muffs)
LOTS of tire smoke

Engine with stock parts. I have most of the original engine parts, including the Thermoquad.
