My thin wallet says it all, but I saved a lot of money building it myself.

Really? I love the tuff wheels. Easier access in & out of the car and it doesn't feel like you're driving school kids to school. The car sounds awesome mate, 416ci is probably what I'll look at for me 73, later on. (The wallet thing). lol

That is scary. But with prices on E-bodies goin' where they're goin, it's hard not to think about. I gotta' say though, my wife is pretty cool and would never ask me to do that.

You know I always wanted a Tuff wheel, paid a lot of money for the one I have. I guess if I put the old wheel back on maybe I'll realize how cool the Tuff really is...

As far as the stroker goes, DO IT. You won't be sorry. Gobs of torque, especially with the smaller cam :banghead: You can run 3.23 gears and still run fast. Remember, with a 4" stroke crank you now have more stroke than a stock 440(3.75")

Thanks, 6packCuda, it is fun. The only thing I have trouble passing is a gas station :burnout:

Just as well you added the words before and after "Gas" to that post. If you can't pass that, you are in trouble. :22yikes:
Yupe, the stroker build would be awesome, nice and light with plenty of umph! :grinyes:

At Bandimere just outside Denver(5800ft above sea level) my best(of 3 runs) so far was 13.90 which converts to 12.89 at sea level. This was with very little traction and no tuning time.
