Craigslist Tip for searching!!
« on: May 03, 2007 - 10:30:57 PM »
Hey, not sure if anyone knows this, but when searching craigslist, its beyond painful clicking on each state, and each city in the state etc etc...searching the same keywords over and over.

A friend of mine told me about a site that searches all of craigslist, the whole country, west coast, east coast whatever you want, and lists all the results with one search.

All you have to do is go to www.crazedlist.org.

You MUST be using firefox and follow the instructions at the top of the page after you do your first search. There will be a green box, just click on it and it will tell you what to do. Pretty easy and makes searching for stuff much easier!   :2thumbs:

Has noone tried this?   :dunno:  This is gold for searching on craigslist. Search the whole country every city for a keyword in one click, works pretty good.

I was told by a friend, to just go on Google and type in Craigslist, the state and the search word. I tried it and it seems to work well.

I've heard of this, but never knew how, it's too bad I'm not using firefox. But since I live in the S.F. Bay area, I usually only search here and Sacramento, it covers a pretty big area of Northern California, and that's about as far as I want to drive anyway LOL

I found my flat Barracuda hood on Craigslist a few months ago and the guy even delivered it. Just shows that there is some good stuff to find on Craigslist instead of just E Gag.  :eek4:
