No oil in rocker arms

I removed my valve covers to discover that a rod had gone thru one of ther rocker arms. After replacing the rocker I noticed that ther is no oil in the first four rocker arms on the right side. I recently purched the car so I don't know it's history. All the other rocker arms are getting oil. How do I correct this problem? Thank You

replace the rocker shaft , it must have a blockage internally

I believe that the rocker shafts can be put on backwards so that the oiling holes are off by 30 degrees or so.  It's not hard to do.  I would check this also.

Make sure the rocker shaft isn't mounted upside down.  If it is upside down you will see holes between the rocker sets.

there would still be oil in thew rockers even if it was on upside down
