You mean like a trailer or ramp truck?

Low end would be a 18' open, tag along trailer with no brakes for under a grand. High end is only limited by your budget.

I use a 20', dual axle with electric brakes, open trailer with a dovetail and no sides. Pretty basic but effective transport. I never travel cross country either so keeping things locked inside an enclosed trialer is no big deal for me.

I have a 21 footer. I have a toolbox at the front, and my Challenger fits nicely. It's always better to get one a little bigger than you need, because you never know when you'll run across that next great deal, and it may be a bigger car like a Charger or Road Runner.

If you want the absolute minimum, measure from the front bumper to the back of the rear tire. Add the depth of the toolbox that you want to attach, then add at least one more foot for safety margin and jockying room. But remember that your car will stick out past the end of the trailer.

My enclosed trailer is 24ft and I love the extra room. We have a work bench and a tool box plus all the coolers and other stuff you travel with. We started looking for a 20 footer and I'm sooooooooo glad we bought a 24.  :2thumbs:

I have an 18' with dove tail that I wish was a little longer.  Of course I also wish it was a solid deck (it is basically two really long ramps from front to back).  It also has brakes on one axle.  I added a small toolbox on the front, but it filled up quickly with straps and chains and such.  Ebay has a pretty good selection if you just want to look around, get an idea of what you want.  Look around locally, I bought mine for $900.00 used.
