Found a leak in the convertible top hydralics, now I need to know:

What kind of fluid, and where to fill it in..

If I remember right it is ATF & it is definatly inserted into the hole in the pump housing

Even tryed with my glasses on....Cant get it..

ATF is the red stuff, for aut trans, - aint it..

The oil on the system now is clear as 7 UP....

Yes ATF is Auto tranny fluid & is red , the pic of the manual says to use ATF
