If it's a street car, with marginal gearing and handling type tires, and your last name isnt "Sox", then you will need sumbstantially more to get into the 11s. Because you have to overcome the obstacles those marginal (for racing) parts throw up. Also as mentioned, you will need a driveshaft loop, and a blow shield, plus the SFI flywheel and balancer. I would consider that mandatory safe stuff with a stick shift car that has that kind of power (In addition to mentionned, you really need some kind of rev control. Racing leads to stresses that can break things, even with stock engines, and rev control saves parts...) In terms of a number, 550 pound feet of torque, and 500 hp will get it done IF you can drive, and IF the car can stick on a track.
