  Mike

Not with a 10 foot pole, and I don't mean your displacement!

Scheeeesch!  Where's 71challengher when you need her?  :roflsmiley:  :smilielol:

Ok, since I jumped at 303...

Question:  What year and what Mopar is the Green Hornet car (Limo) based on?

Extra bonus: Who was the driver (chauffeur)?

1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.

The Black Beauty was a customized 1965 Chrysler Imperial. I believe Kato was the chauffer played by Bruce Lee??

OK,
Here's an "A" body question for you "A" body guys out there. Chrysler introduced the Valiant in 1960. It was manufactured by Dodge facilities but sold mostly through Plymouth dealerships. What was the oddity about this arrangement??  :clueless: :clueless:(this is a trick question).  :bananasmi

The oddity is that Plymouth cars were being made by Dodge.

Yep,
You're partially correct. The Lancer didn't debut until 1961. The Valiant was introduced in 1960, but simply as a "Valiant", no "Dodge" or "Plymouth" make assigned to the car. It was of course a Chrysler corp. product but wasn't introduced as a "Chrysler" either. It was just a "Valiant". It didn't officially become a "Plymouth" until 1961 and then Dodge had their version as the "Lancer". This was the trick part to the question and specific to 1960 only!!. Good answer Shelby. You can post the next "mystery" question!! :2thumbs:
