Richard Petty drag raced 1 year . What year? And what kind a car?

  I learned a new one today.i never heard of this one before,way cool. 
P/S how did he do with that barracuda back then?

Don't know any stats on Petty drag racing. He crashed into the stand and killed a young boy. That's when he went back to Nascar.

That happened at Southeastern Dragway in Dallas Ga.  That strip was in operation until last year.  I have made many. many passes down that strip.  It is about 5-6 miles from my home.......
