noon today I am in Detroit driving around with 4C in the convert with the top down & worried about getting a sunburn in 90* temps
FF 12 hrs & I am back in alberta driving in a bizzard with not quite white out conditions but heavy snow & snow fall warnings
Get me out of this H3ll hole
I am done being cold all the time
One way I am thinking about could help you.
I got a brand new shop, I was considering maybe opening a performance parts store. And also working on muscle cars. I have been working on mopars since 76 and driving them since 69.
So , I could go buy a small busness license, hire you on a work visa, purchase a cheap motor home or small trailer or cabin, let you stay and eat for free untill the shop got to producing good money, and share the busness and profits with you. This small town area would boom for this since there are circle tracks, 1/8 mile tracks and nascar all around here. There is no speed shop to speak of around here, but plenty of demands. Plus 2 machine shops will give me all the little engine pulling jobs and stuff I need.
And looking off to the side a minute,
My sister inlaw is 49 or so single and no bad habbits or baggage. Or even other types of permanent possibilites like that can come up.
Makeing it possible for permanent citizenship.
I got plenty of land and room, the climate is very warm, and these cities around here are from 1 hr to 8 hrs away
Birmingham, Memphis, Nashville, Indy, Atlanta, Jackson, mobile, New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Louisville, St. Louis, Cinci is like 9.5 hrs. Chattanooga,
So car shows and track events are an easy shot. Also, you would explode with excitment finding all the old muscle cars around here just setting in fields and stuff.
Gets down in the mid 20's for about 3 weeks here in mid jan and feb.
Come on down Chryco, If yer serious, I can make it happen.
Also, I am envious of you driving in Detroit. I got some rather deep roots there and across the border. Woodward Ave. Was paved by and named after my great uncle Woody. And also my grandfather brought his mules in from canada in the 1920's and started his own busness called the Lemon Block Company and made cement blocks for homes and commercial buildings. I am still wanting a memory block from an old building.
Come on down. If yer ready to have a change in your life, it could happen rather quickly. ....ALAN
