I couldn't find this info in a previous post and I need to order a speedo gear for the Richmond 6 speed I'm installing. What is the stock gear ratio for the 8 3/4 sure grip?

you need to lift the car & find out what ratio you have , you could have 2.7, 2.9, 3.2, or 3.5

...and your current tire diameter will have an impact on this as well.

yeah, got the tire diameter, but I'm stuck on the gear ratio. Just need to jack up the rear and spin the tires. I'll plug up the speedo gear hole for now. I just got back with a new drive shaft, the one I got with the transmission was 2" short.
