I talked to the guy with the GT 500 and he said that the only reason he lost is because the green barracuda used a 500 shot of nitrous!  :burnout: he took off way to quick he said!

Nice kill! I love to hear about those punks getting whipped by some real, classic muscle (most of them are my age)

Im newer here, so IDK what you have under the hood of your 'Cuda. 440? Hemi? Stroker of a 440 or Hemi?

PistolGrip, 528 Hemi if I remember correctly   :clueless:

Good Kill O.C. I don't think they'll mess around again. They're probably out looking for an A body Barracuda as we speak...

Driving the Shelby is a fun experience but having had a couple Hemi cars and the 427 Vette, those cars just would pull the Shelby no problem off the line. The basic GT with the 4.6 isn't a great runner. The Shelby with the supercharged 5.4 is pretty fast though so you have something to be proud of there. I just changed the exhaust and put a K & N cold air kit on the Shelby, suppose to be 550 hp but it still doesn't put you back in the seat like the Vette or the Cuda.

I hope they go with a 7.0 liter Hemi in the new Challenger or at least the 6.4....

What makes me sad is the fact that those punks are going to sell the GT500 next year so they can buy an 08 Chally... I'm sure a ton of young punks will do the same without even knowing what it is their buying.. They will just hear HEMI and cream their panties...  :screwy:

I bet they will drive up along the old school Challengers and Cudas not even knowing its the same car.. DARN KIDS  :pullinghair:.. I'm only 20 and already the majority of the "auto loving" youth drives me crazy

I've seen your car at some local shows. It's very nice and it's even better that you DRIVE IT !!!!   :clapping: :woohoo:

Some people are REALLY dumb.  I don't understand what makes a person think that because you got a hot car you want to race?   Sounds like you basically drove away.   :burnout:    pesky kids :nono:

In all reality it because they wanna take a chance on taking out and old muscle car because they know the respect the cars have... If they win they brag if they lose oh well it was and old muscle car that everyone loves and RESPECTS... But some just wanna see your car take off and hear the motor!

I actually get tired of people saying " its only a 4 cylinders" but hey take off that huge turbo and it runs like my stock neon! let them dump a ton of money in them car cause they aint worth nothing!

I actually think the import scene is dying out!

I read an article in hot rod magazine about Whats going on with the muscle car craze again! I really and truly think its because hte 4 banger crew bragging there cars up over the few years sent the die hard muscle car owners in a craze to beef up there cars... Also look at all the cool restomods out there cause of all the import hype...

Anywhwer I go I get the thumbs up..... how many imports get a thumbs up??? probably none! more like a what the F*ck is that....
