wow my helper got fired today

I finished up working in Utah at 330 this afternoon, went to fill up my dually. Told him to pump fuel while I called my wife. Next thing you know, he's yelling out the stores front door asking me to come in. His company card was denied. I paid with mine.

Turns out he was trying to steal money off the amx card he got from us. What a dork, lost a 40k job over petty stuff. And he was just a helper for 90 days. I need another trainee

I hear yah. I think I hear crying sounds of a 42 yr ole man down the hallway of this Bestwestern now. Pay goes up to 160k  after some training and HONESTY.

The only good I get is were employee owned. So anybody that quits or gets fired before vested, we get to share their stocks they recieved.

Hey Al,
Man it's hard to get good help.  I know, as I ran my own business for many years. I used to moonlight for Lowe's. We had an employee that bought a pair of damaged stereo speakers (at a damaged/discounted price and at an additional employee discount) and then tried to come in to the SAME store at a later date and get a full refund (at the retail price) claiming they were damaged and he didn't see it till he got them home. He got FIRED. Some folks are just plain dumb!!  Hope you can get some good and HONEST help!!

Well, this guy should feel lucky this morning. I gave him 30 hrs pay and he gets a free 700 mile ride this morning to his home town. I got to work around trona ca for 2 weeks and he lives close to there. Then 1 more week around La and I am free to go play with my cuda some more.

What's so stupid about this firing stuff is, all he had to do is pick up the phone and ask questions or get an advance, or ask for private use of the card and take the sum out of his 210 a week food allowance. He gets paid every friday his regular pay, then 210 every week. 

I wonder if he has taken any of my personal things I am missing from my truck. I usually keep money in the ashtray for food stops and I was missing about 50 bucks or so in change in the console too.   Ah, it can be replaced.

Well gotta check out and head towards Vegas.

Sounds like pretty good money.  What kind of work is it and are you hiring?
