Is This a 1970 Driver Door Glass?
« on: June 12, 2007 - 09:01:19 PM »
Can someone confirm this as being a non-tint driver side door glass from a 1970 Challenger? The seller claims the date code is rubbed off...

I don't think there is any diff. between cuda and chally door glass. It looks good.Definately not tinted. The code may be barely visible. I just installed some glass and I couldn't find the code/pentstar until I put it on and took a good look. Mine is tinted. The clear may be harder to see.   :dunno:

It looks like a Challenger.  I am unsure without looking but I don't think the glass is the same between Cuda and Challenger.  I can look when it is not raining out unless someone else knows for sure.  Without the date code, it is just a replacement piece of glass.  It depends on what you need.

Windshields and door glass are the same on 'CUDAs and Challengers. Quarter glass and rear windows are different

Thanks.  I have 1 Cuda here that I never had to take apart.  I wasn't sure.  It makes sense.  I know the front piece of the drip rail moldings are the same between the 2 cars also.
