Springs too. I wonder why someone would want to hilight the hinges.  :screwy:

Sorry, I meant the entire hinge assembly but I agree.......maybe it's some special formula to help prevent paint chipping and cracking as springs get their a$$ whopped from the pressure. :lol:

If cracking was an issue, I'd just dip them in that plastic coat stuff that you use on tool handles. Might be hard to find white though.

Thanks, we powder coated mine white underneath but it wasn't "quite" the right shade to leave as is so we had the painters spray them with the same coded paint as Lucys exterior. Looks good, no chips/cracks thus far.
