You can meet all your needs with a properly built 416". That is unless your needs call for an R3 race block.
So, clearly you can get total self destructing cubes out of the engine, but what do want to do with it?
If you want to build it to the most c.i.d. then start with a race block. If you want to build it for max effort race then start with a race block. If you want a damn fine little screamer that can get you some low E.T.'s and not have a melt down backing out of the garage then get yourself a 4" crank and stoker pistons, bore it over .030 or .060. and invest in some good heads.
