The main difference between ABC's Extreme Home Makeover and this is:

ABC does it for ratings and advertising income.

Everyone here is pretty much anonymous and just doing it as a small token of our appreciation for one member in specific and our Armed Forces in general.   :wavingflag:

I for one am proud to have contributed my small part to this project and am kind of glad I am going to stay anonymous to Don (Since I cannot make it to Carlisle  :crying:: )  I'd love to be there just for the experience of seeing his reaction in person but I'd want no personal thanks from him.  I think what's doing for our country deserves more recognition than the minor contributions I've made getting him his dream car.

:iagree: A good man has a good crew working for him. I remember PistolGripper saying that Tony's men would clock out at quiting time and then stay a few hours working on the Cuda. And Tony just shared with me that one of his guys is taking night classes, won't be done until around 10:00pm. He's not going home folks, he's headed back to the shop to work on the Cuda, he's going to sleep at the shop so he can be ready bright and early for tomorrows work load.

Yes these are special young men working for Tony, but beleieve me they would not do it if they didn't beleieve in the man who runs the operation...............And that is Tony. A special breed, and I'm d@mn glad he's got red white and blue coursing through his veins,..............and a little Mopar blue too.  :2thumbs:  And I'm proud to be able to call him a friend.

Carlisle coverage for all the magazines seems to hit starting in November due to lead times and all.

Mopar Muscle was indeed there, but I have no idea when the article will be published.   I am sure Tony and Dave know more about those details.

Wouldn't it be cool if Tony got his own show? Personally, I'm getting tired of the ones that are still on. Anybody know any television producers?

I have never experienced anything like this before. It was truly amazing. I believe all three mags did interviews. Friday was crazy with media. I know Mopar muscle and MCG did an interview. I think a new mag, Mopar Enthusiest, also did an interview. I"m supposed to talk with Cuda world later today or tomorrow.
