R/T Specialties
« on: June 23, 2007 - 11:21:33 PM »
I am having trouble getting hold of R/T Specialties. I have tried to phone and have emailed through their Webstore to no avail. Has anyone else had trouble here? It is these bloody $2 parts that are going to screw me up for progress.

I tried to order some stuff from them a week ago. I have never dealt with them before. I thought I was actually ordering parts online, but at the point where you would normally put your payment information on any other website I got a "thanks for your order, we will call you for shipping and payment info" message. Still have not heard anything from them. Kind of ticked me off as a misleading website. It was just knick knack stuff so I didn't worry about and waited to see if they would call. Nothing yet, next time I will just call. They do have very good prices.

I know what your saying but this is their busy season right now.  I think Tom does a great job the rest of the year but he is off at the carshows right now and he keeps those prices down by doing it the way he does.

He sure has helped me a time or two and spent extra time explaining installation and things

:iagree:  the guy knows his stuff but business is small & he is stretched...wait if you can it will be worth it... a lot of what he has is almost impossible to find otherwise. What specifically are you needing?

As said above, he does a lot of the big Mopar shows.  Best bet this time of year is catch him at Carilisle or the Nats.  Otherwise, wait and call him about 4-5 days AFTER the show.

Bullitt / CP - I need all of those little doohickies and whatnots that go throughout the car. Neil - I will phone and copy the order for you as it is saved. All the stuff should fit into the back of a suitcase.

GKRing - I got the same message when I hit the "order now" button.
