It's Crunch time! (panic thread)
« on: June 25, 2007 - 04:40:54 AM »
We need two of the three lenses in the standard dash. The oil and the brake. I have no extras. Need ASAP.

Having issues with the wiper switch and or wiper motor. Unable to find park position when shut off. Keeps moving very slowly when shut off. This is a two speed manual washer foot pump.

Cant kill the mean and ugly. Only the good die young...I plan to be here a while!!

Keep listing what you need and I'll see what I can dig up.  Not sure on the upper glass guides, I have a couple stripped doors, might still be in there, might not.

These fit in the roof rail channel along the upper glass seal.

Tony,

I think I have these at my house....lemme check when I get home and get back with you.  I bought an extra instrument cluster to replace mine and haven't done anything with it yet.  I won't be using the lenses as I'll be replacing the instruments with Auto-Meter ones.  I'll let you know as soon as I get home tonight from work (Orlando, FL).

Pretty sure I have a set of standard dash lens.  I have the entire instrument panel for the standard dash as well that came from a two speed wiper car, but not sure of how well it works.
I can send it out in the morning.  RDF, let us know tonight.

You probably already checked, .......... could the slow moving wiper motor be due to the fresh paint (car and detailing of motor) and not grounding peoperly ?     :dunno:
