Saw a general lee today?
« on: June 25, 2007 - 06:09:50 PM »
I wish I had my camera, because this was one of the funniest things I have seen. Someone took a VW bug and painted it just like the general and then on the door paint 0 1/4 instead of 01.

Geez, you can't have the best of both worlds, either do a GL and leave the stripes and Dodge badging off or drop the GL and do the stripe thing.  I don't like that one, is it a real Charger 500?  :walkaway:

Yup, it's a '68 Coronet.  Easy to spot the year because of the round side markers.

Not a bad car at all, 318 auto with column shift.  The General Lee swag is just big magnets. Not sure if he drives it with the magnets on or not  :clueless:
