Anybody have assembly drawing for 2 speed wiper linkage?

My wiper linkage keeps falling a part. I have no idea how it is supposed to be assembled.  I'm going to try and order the hardware package.  Anyone got a pic from a manual or something? Thanks.

This cam package is still available while stock lasts.  Perhaps it will come with a diagram!

Oh oh.  I'm definitely missing parts.  I don't have the plate that is sitting on the arm with the 2 nubs on it.  My cam must be totally worn out as there is no half moon on it either.  It also doesn't have the internal plastic piece and my spring must be stuck to the motor shaft as it doesn't budge.  The kit I ordered doesn't come with the metal plate so I guess I'll have to go looking for parts.  Thanks Plumcrazy!
