testing E-body dash dimmer switch
« on: June 26, 2007 - 04:35:00 AM »
Hey gang..
Any suggestions on testing the dash dimmer switch? I am in the process of restoring my friend's '71 Challenger Rallye dash and would like to verify it works.. I tried hooking up the switch to an ohms tester, but didn't get any readings.. Been told to verify grounding points are clean with no paint after I install into cluster... I have a 12v power supply and ohms reader(fluke).

Thanks.
