Orange SRT-4 with AAR stripes For Sale
« on: June 26, 2007 - 08:04:09 PM »
I hate to do it, but I need something bigger for the family.  Orange 2005 Dodge SRT-4.  16K miles.  All original.  Not a scratch inside or out.  Showroom new.  Currently has AAR Cuda stripes, but they are removable if you don't like them.  Car is in Phoenix.  $16,000.  Free delivery to Arizona, Vegas area, or Southern California.

Where do you live? I love that rock behind your house. I would scale that thing all the time and sit up there.

That pic was taken up in Payson.  I wish I lived in that house.

Cash?  Finance!  It's the American way!  You never really own anything in this life, you're just renting it for a limited time anyway.

It's a great car.  I hate to sell it but I need something bigger for the kids.  It looks sensational next to my orange/black 71 Cuda.......

I would love that car for a commuter car. Too bad I dont have the green to spend on one. What do you pay for insurance?

All SRT-4 cars are 5 speed manuals, and it is a 2.4L four cylinder turbo charged engine pushing around 240 hp to the wheels. Stock they run low 14's high 13's in the quarter. I am on my second one and love those cars. Being that I am 23 and have an accident on my record my insurance is about 2600 a year, but my mom runs about 600 a year, so it really depends on your age, gender and driving record. I would reccomend those cars to anyone. I have gotten as much as 32 mpg.

Believe it or not, my insurance went DOWN when I got the SRT-4 and traded in my 2003 Stratus R/T.  The Neon has 50 more ft-lb of torque, 30 more horses, and weighs 500 lb less.  But it has foor doors and is a four-cylinder.  The Stratus was a two-door and 6 cylinder.  So even though it is stronger and lighter, and was 2 years newer, the insurance company didn't see it that way.

A buddy of mine has one.  He took it apart and modified it. Now he runs high 11's and still gets 22 MPG with a/c stereo etc. When I get the cash I am considering getting one. Good luck with your sale.

Payson?  as in Arizona?  That is an expensive little town to live close to.The area is beautiful. I did a couple of jobs there and loved it.
