Torred makes a very valid point. If Goody knew his Dad wanted to restore the car himself he wouldn't have applied? or emailed? or sent entree forms in for the show, so, there isn't really any dramas as far as "not what they wanted". The only one who could be somewhat angry (if anyone) would be Goodys Dad lol. "Why'd you go give him my Chall Goody!?!"
lol Oh well, what's done is done and they're doing the right thing IMO. I'm still not sure if the $160K is doable, IMO it's quite, ah, "overpriced". Not to say I know everything or anything of course but $60K would be about right IMO. Best of luck to them though, as someone said, that got lucky, good for them.
If you don't ask, you'll never know.
