Big sister ready to rock & roll
« on: July 02, 2007 - 09:00:34 AM »
This is what I have been spending most of my spare time lately. It has been 4 1/2 years to get it to this stage.

Thanks for the kind words.

I am on to my next project.

We have bought a 1/3 of an acre and will build a rancher/ bungalow on it with an under drive toy shop/ garage. It'll be 2300+ square feet with 12 foot ceilings (lift friendly) and in floor heating. I can store up to 8 cars in there (stacked) and still work on the lift with room for a parts car. My wife will kill me if I have too many cars/ projects though.

The land is cleared,I have the permit and the excavation is dug but there are some soil issues we have to deal with first so it is slowing things down. I hope to have it at lock up by the end of the summer and move in in the new year.
