Mechanic’s sign’s posted in shops.
« on: July 03, 2007 - 08:54:57 PM »
My father was a mechanic and posted in his bay was the following sign, sorry no photos of it though.

There are a few things we hold dear in this life
the tools of our trade, and the dear little wife.
So, please don’t ask to borrow our tools
And we won’t ask to borrow your wife.

Please post up the ones you have seen.  :2thumbs:

My tool chest has an old Mac Tools sticker on it that is round and around the top part of the circle it says 'Mac Tools'. Around the bottom of the circle it says 'No Tools Loaned' and inthe middle is a hand holding a wrench with a slash through it. I've never seen another one like it.

You can have your work done:
     fast
     well
     cheap

Pick any two.
