fairly priced 440 six pack 4-speed near me

The guy sounds very upfront with his description and the questions at the bottom are interesting.

5 minutes from my house (don't know him), but if anyone is interested and desires a first person evaluation let me know.

It'd give me an excuse to go look at his cars

I have looked over that car closely at the Mopar Rally at Ohlone College, and it is a decent car, but needs a fair amount of bodywork and a repaint. There was some other stuff that the car needed as well. That car should be priced between 40k and 50k at the most, because to make it right you will have another 20k-30k in it if you pay someone to do the work.

I thought it was a pretty darn nice car.  Not a show car paint job, but would make for an awesome driver.  :burnout:

True, have fun with it and drive it until the rust starts bubbling.

Too bad no buildsheet to prove it's a four-speed car, but still a descent price for a v-code car.

I dont remember everything that was wrong but I do remember all of the bondo cracks especially in the doors. There was a lot of stuff on that car that needs attention. But that car is a great driver, to be a competative show car it would need a lot of work.

:iagree: the vin #'s and the way the corners of the plate are squared off look a little odd to me :dunno:

Barry?

And while your looking Barry...how about the fender tag?

It looks like the rivets are too close or something.  I'll see if I can find another vin tag from a different car...
