Get all his insurance info and go thru his insurance carrier and if you can't get an agreed price with his company, then go to your company and let them subrogate against the other guys company. Good luck with the claim and just be very persistant until you get what you want...
Dave, I'm sorry I wasn't a witness. But if I was... I'm I wouldn't be behind a keyboard now, I would be in jail. Seriously. There are just some things you can't put up with in life. I was out in the parking lot when the idiot backed into Dave's car. I had just parked in the LAST available parking spot in the main lot. The most amazing part was the turn around time on these guys being released. It must have been an hour when we seen the second coming of these two idiots. After they were released they were mulling around in the dark parking lot. We didn't know whether they were back to just get their cars or to do something malicious. I was assuming the latter and wasn't able to stay inside much after that. I finally walked over to have a talk with them and advised him to get into his car and leave.
The fender buckled out and is driven back, so now when opening the door it is worse than before. The valance is tweeked and he smashed head light bezel some more. Along with bending the bumper some.Dave
