Dave, I can just imagine your reaction,,, I know you had to be burning up inside,, glad you didnt get a free ride in a cruiser with those losers.  Have your insurance co. push his to get everything you can from them,,,,, If it were me,, tough decision but i might have elected to take a return trip for trial.... String 'em up  it'll teach 'em a lesson
Good luck,, lemme know how it turns out.  and as always,,stop by when ever your in the area

Speaking of Dave's Track and Field future - There ain't none. I almost started laughing at that point, the man was moving so fast that he almost ran out of his shoes. Its no wonder there though, Dave is in stage 3 of the fat man shoe style. You know where you go from tennis shoes where you tie then straight down the middle, then as you get fatter (like myself) you start tying your shoes off to the side because you can't reach them to tie down the center, then you move to the velcro strip shoes and last step is the slip on shoes. Will Dave is in the not so snug velcro and he is skinny as a rail. Whats up wit dat man ???

Sorry to hear about that.  It seems like something always ends up happening each year with a member's car.  I remember back when I went in either '04 or '05 someone knocked Jim's mirror off his car when it had a car cover on in the hotel parking lot. :villagers:

Dave .... Sorry to hear about your car.  Were you able to get his insurance info?  If so then I would rreport the incident to his insurance along with the police report that they gave them a citation.  If the insurance won't do anything there is always the courts.  A civil case is always a lot easier to prove.

Oh man that sucks!!!!!! I hope you get justice out of the insurance company. I would have probably done something stupid if it were my car, it is good you showed restraint. There does seem to be a huge lack of integrity nowadays, its sad for sure.

Update: It has all turned out good. The insurance has paid off. I think I can fix it with the fair amount they paid up.
