Thanks for the gifts
« on: July 10, 2007 - 10:50:02 AM »
Thank you everyone for the awards and gifts. I find it a great honor to be among such great people here. This site is the best family of friends anyone could ask for. As Carlisle came to an end for me on Sunday morning, I wished it could last another day or two. Seamed sad to leave. On the bright side we now have next year to look forward to. The smile on Dons face was just priceless. A friend indeed. He still owes me that ride in his new Cuda. :2thumbs:

I wish I could have gave you something, just to be there to shake your hand even.  Thanks.

PS, that old school torque wrench is AWESOME!  We have one just like it, but its got a black handle.  Not nearly as classy.   :roflsmiley:

Tony those are only a meager token of our appreciation, and BTW the torque wrench is gold plated and donated by a very nice guy, a faithful member here.  :2thumbs:  :2thumbs:

I think that torque wrench was a "gold tool award" given out by Chrysler to top mechanics.  That was a great gift to Tony, it still was in the original box with the paperwork.

You deserve so much more, but from the conversations with you this weekend - You are the same as the rest of us. The look on Cuda Guys face was a gift that you just can't put a price on. Btw - Where did you get the tee-shirt from ???

What we did for you wasn't a scratch on the surface of what you did for CudaGuy and the rest of us. I, for one, will eternally be in your debt, and if you need anything, just ask.
